Sacred Paris Pilgrimage Itinerary
FEBRUARY 7-14, 2026 | PARIS, FRANCE
DAY ONE: The Threshold
Theme: Arrival, Intention-Setting + Sacred Entry
You will arrive in Paris and step into sacred time. By mid-afternoon, we will gather at the Sacred Paris office, where luggage is dropped and you receive your first of many sacred offerings. This small gift marks the beginning - an invitation to cross the threshold with full presence.
Together we will walk into the stillness - not the common frequency of the City of Light, but the one that we will anchor ourselves into for the week. A private welcome ceremony will unfold in a hidden place - a space held just for us. We will enter quietly, there will be words and soft blessings and water and oil, and a moment of shared silence to open the circle.
Before night falls, we will share our first dinner as pilgrims. Around the table in a quiet Parisian bistro, you will meet the women walking beside you. I will offer words of welcome and devotion, and we will begin weaving the invisible threads of the journey together.
At 8pm, we will ascend the hill of Montmartre and step inside the Basilica of Sacré Cœur. The doors will open just for us. You will enter the Adoration Chapel as night falls, not as a tourist but as a devotee. There, in sacred silence, you will keep vigil. You may rest or remain awake. You will be held deeply.
This is the night your pilgrimage begins.
DAY TWO: Descent + Devotion
Theme: Returning from the Mountaintop, Anchoring into the City + Receiving Beauty
You will wake in silence as morning light spills into Sacré Cœur. After the night vigil, we’ll share a quiet breakfast nearby before climbing to the top of the dome. From this high place, you’ll see the city stretch wide below - a moment of arrival and return.
We will collect the luggage and walk together to Bourdoir des Muses, your home for the rest of the journey. In your room you will find a curated altar space, and sacred tote, and a nourishing lunch will be waiting there for you. The midday hours will offer space to rest, reflect and settle into the stillness of your new Parisian space.
In the afternoon, we will visit three sacred sanctuaries. At Saint Germain l’Auxerrois, you’ll touch stone and breathe deeply; gazing at the three hidden Magdalenes that many miss or never see. At Saint Denys du Saint Sacrement, you’ll sit before Delacroix’s “Christ in the Desert” and listen inward as the beauty brings you to tears. At Notre Dame des Victoires, you will light a candle and offer the prayer carried from the vigil - now ready to be released.
Dinner will be intimate and warm, a space to share in quiet conversation and sacred reflection. As we walk home beneath the evening sky, the city will feel different.
Back at Boudoir des Muses, a sweet blessing will be waiting on your pillow.
DAY THREE: Waters of the Body, Waters of the Soul
Theme: Purification, Memory, Movement + Devotion Through Sacred Water
This morning, we begin in motion. We will walk with altar jars in hand, gathering sacred water from five places in the city - beginning with La Madeleine, the church of the Magdalene. At each fountain, we will pause, say a blessing, and collect what flows.
We will move through the city like pilgrims - stopping at Concorde, Saint Sulpice, Cluny, and the Fountaine Médicis - gathering drops of history, mystery, and reflection. By midday, your altar jars will hold a prayer in liquid form.
Our lunch is a surprise, weather permitting and keeping with the theme of sacred water - we will dine as Parisians do, blessing our food as it nourishes us.
In the afternoon, we return for sacred rest. There will be space for solitude, journaling, or simply letting the day settle into the body.
As evening comes, we enter the hammam of the Grande Mosque. In silence or gentle conversation, you will bathe, be scrubbed clean, and sip mint tea. We will eat together beneath the painted ceilings - couscous, warm breads, with fragrant spices.
Back at Boudoir des Muses, you’ll be welcomed by music - offered as a private serenade to close the day. In your room, a single rose petal and blessing will be waiting for you.
DAY FOUR: Holy Sound
Theme: Chanting, Resonance, Luminous Compassion + Inner Stillness
We begin in silence, gathered just before sunrise at Saint Gervais Saint Protais. You will step into the dim Gothic nave as the Brothers and Sisters of Jerusalem begin to chant. No instruments, only human voices lifting the morning. We will listen, still and open, as sound becomes prayer.
From there, we will walk to Notre Dame. In the stillness of a new day, and the quiet before the noise, we will slip inside. Inside the cathedral, we will pause at the nave, letting centuries of reverence rise around us: gazing at the Crown of Thorns will amaze you and we will light a candle at the Magdalene chapel as we pass. Then we cross to Saint Julien le Pauvre, where soft Orthodox chant plays in an empty and ancient church. Here, the resonance continues.
After this journey through sacred sound, we will make our way to the Tibetan temple in the 18th arrondissement. You will take a seat for a Green Tara meditation - mantra and silence blessing and breath. This is the space of luminous compassion. You may not understand the words, but you will feel every bit of it.
Then we gather for a late private and sacred brunch - serenaded again by the sound of a single beautiful musician, something soft enough to let the morning stay with us.
You’ll return to your room after brunch to rest, write or wander. The afternoon is yours. You’ll receive a sweet goûter and tea as a soft invitation to remain in stillness delivered to your room.
Later, we meet for an early dinner before the concert - just steps from Sainte Chapelle. A small bistro, candlelit, with thoughtful plates and quiet atmosphere. This meal will ground us before entering the final sanctuary of sound.
At Sainte Chapelle, we will arrive just before the doors open. You will take your seat among stained glass and shadow, where music will rise into the arches. Classic strings and voice, echoing in Gothic stone.
Afterwards, we’ll walk back slowly through the Paris night and you will return to your room - a soft blessing will be waiting for you.
DAY FIVE: The Body, The Feminine + The Divine
Theme: Art as Prayer, The Sacred Body + Feminine Devotion
You will begin the day slowly. There is no rush, only warmth. A quiet breakfast awaits you in the salon at Boudoir des Muses - tea, fruit, a journal prompt if you wish. The tone will be soft, spacious and inward.
By mid-morning, we will make our way together to the Musée Gustave Moreau. You will step into a house of symbols and secrets, surrounded by layered paintings and mythic feminine forms. This is a private moment with a visionary artist who painted Magdalene not as penitent, but as illuminated. You are invited to move slowly to sketch or write, to let image become mirror.
From there, we continue to an artist’s atelier. The space is light-filled and alive. A nude model takes her place, and a Parisian artist guides you through an hour of sacred seeing while sharing her poetry with us. You are not here to draw perfectly, but to witness honestly. The poetry will offer words to deepen your gaze.
Lunch follows at Desi Road, where fragrant spices and soft fabrics welcome us. The meal is vibrant, a sensual feast of color and warmth, honoring the sacredness of nourishment. We will eat slowly, in full presence.
After lunch, we return briefly to Boudoir des Muses. Time to rest or tend your altar. The room will hold you like a sanctuary.
At mid-afternoon, we will make our way to the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal on Rue du Bac. You will receive a Sacred Paris rosary before entering. At 3:30pm we will join the daily rosary prayer. You may listen in silence, or pray quietly from your own tradition. Afterwards, you are invited to light a candle and receive a personal blessing.
In the early evening, you’ll have time again to pause, reflect, or bathe in solitude. Then, as night falls, we will gather for a final act of beauty.
Dinner is served in an artist’s studio, transformed into a sacred feast, as candles flicker. Our model and artist from the morning will join us as guests. We will share a beautiful moment together by candlelight.
When you return to your room, a single red rose rests on your pillow. Beside it, a gift. Something to remind you that your body is holy, your voice is needed, and your presence is art.
DAY SIX: The Black Madonna, The Cathedral + The Sacred Dark
Theme: Shadow and Light, Feminine Power + Ancient Memory
At first light, we will walk quietly to a hidden chapel tucked inside the Picpus Cemetery. Here, behind ivy-covered walls, the Black Madonna of Peace waits in modesty and stillness. We will light candles, offer a morning prayer, and take our time here.
Afterwards we will travel together to Montparnasse and board the train to Chartres. An hour of movement through the French countryside offers space for journaling, dreaming, or simply looking out the windows as the world zips by. You will carry a sacred bundled gift prepared just for you for this train journey.
In Chartres, we descend into the crypt beneath the cathedral - one of the more venerated pilgrimage sites in all of Europe. We will walk in silence and awe. The upper nave is luminous, the stained glass speaks in color and symbol. And you will feel the labyrinth beneath your feet - even if it isn’t open for us to walk on this day.
We will gather for lunch nearby. A simple French meal, nourishing and warm - a pause before returning to the city.
By late afternoon, we arrive at the Basilica of Saint Denis. Another Black Madonna awaits us here. The energy is deeper, older. You are invited to reflect on the mystery of darkness as devotion. In the crypt below, queens and kings lie entombed in stone. We will make our way though the light and the darkness.
At dinner, we enter the unknown - Dans le Noir. A curated sensory experience in total darkness. You are led by touch, sound, and taste. It is humbling, expansive, and unforgettable. You will surrender your eyes and receive in a new way.
When you return to your room, a black silk ribbon is laid across your altar. Alongside it, a glass jar of sacred oil, and a square of dark chocolate - with a message that reads: “In the dark womb of the Madonna, the soul begins again.”
DAY SEVEN: The Sacred Gathering, Mikvah, Memory + Shabbat
Theme: Remembrance, Ritual Immersion + Return to the Heart of Devotion
In the morning, we will make our way to the Grand Synagogue of Paris, a majestic sanctuary rarely visited by travelers. We are welcomed for a private tour, where sacred history, tradition, and beauty are woven into every stained-glass window and Hebrew carving. There is space to pause, reflect, and light a final candle.
From here, we will visit the Jewish Museum in the Marais. Ancient texts, ritual objects, and feminine figures line the galleries. A quiet honoring of all that has been preserved.
Lunch is at Miznon on Rue des Écouffes. The tables are lively, the flavors are bright. Together we break bread in the heart of Paris’s Jewish quarter, and walk the winding alleys of Rosiers with new eyes.
In the afternoon, we return to Boudoir des Muses. In the stillness of the private pool below, a mikvah-inspired baptism ritual begins. A local Jewish woman will guide us. Each sister is invited to enter the water with intention - to release, to remember, to return to herself. This will be tender and private. Sacred oils, whispered blessings, soft towels, warm tea and a private candlelit space just for us will hold us through.
As the sun begins to lower, we prepare for Shabbat. A candle is placed in each room, along with a silk pouch of sweetness. You are invited to dress slowly, to light a flame, and to receive the holiness of this final evening together.
At dusk, we will make our way back to the Grand Synagogue for Kabbalat Shabbat. The cantor’s voice, the choir, the tradition - it all lifts and settles at once. We will witness this beautiful tradition.
After the service, we will gather for our final supper at Shana. The table will be candlelit, in a private and hidden cellar just for us. A feast will be shared, and blessings will be offered. Each woman will be invited to speak a single blessing or favorite memory from our week together. There will be laughter, there will be joy, and there will be tears.
When you return to your room, a final vellum envelope is waiting for you…and inside the card reads: “Go in Peace. Return in Joy…”
DEPARTURE DAY: Saturday, February 14, 2026
On the final morning, you will rise slowly and gather your things in silence. Breakfast will be offered simply in the salon - warm bread, fruit, coffee and tea. There is no rushing - only reverence. Together we will share one last embrace, one last knowing glance. Then you will step back into the world, carrying Paris not as a place you visited, but as a sacred thread now woven into your life.
Blessing for Departure
May what you touched here continue to touch you.
May the silence stay soft upon your skin.
May the prayers you lit in stone chapels and candlelight find their way home, again and again.
You are now part of the Sacred Paris pilgrimage.
And it is part of you.
