French porcelain rosary casket with crystal rosary
A luminous white Limoges porcelain casket richly decorated in hand applied gold, its lid bearing the image of a radiant Eucharistic monstrance. Inside rests a delicate crystal rosary with faceted clear beads, a Sacred Heart centerpiece, and an elegant geometric crucifix characteristic of the mid twentieth century.
The casket was designed as a special place to keep one’s rosary, First Communion treasures, medals, or small devotional keepsakes. Unlike ordinary trinket boxes, this example was created specifically with Eucharistic symbolism, transforming an everyday object into a quiet domestic shrine.
